The Heritage Retirement Village is located on the banks of the Georges River just downstream from the Alford's Point Bridge. This provided a vantage point to view the bridge and to see preparations for its duplication.From further upstream, part of the bridge can be seen spanning the Georges River.
Turning 180 degrees shows these views upstream and across Burrawang Flats, part of the Georges River National Park.
